SIX WEEK SMALL GROUP TRAINING FALL 2019 SESSION

Dates:
Session 1:September 3rd-October 11th 2019
Session 2: Ocotber 21st-December 6th 2019

This program will be offered to a small group (8 or less) and last six weeks.

Learn exercises such as Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, Kettlebell Swings and many more functional exercises in this six week Small Group Training class.

Attending these classes will increase strength and help increase confidence in exercises.

Classes will focus on strength training and short circuits. All classes meet in the North Fitness Center and begin promptly at their start times.

Offerings:
Monday's & Wednesday's from 12-1 PM
Tuesday's & Friday's from 12 - 1 PM
Monday's & Wednesday's 730-830PM
